The present terms and conditions aim to define the conditions in which Cambridge-art provides its services.
The simple fact of visiting or buying these services provided, involves the whole and complete agreement without reserve of our terms and conditions.
Visitor and/or buyer declare expressly to have read and understood the conditions of use of Cambridge-art services.
The user declares to be of legal age and to have all their rights.
“Visitor/buyer/user” means the individual or the organisation who buys or agrees to buy the artworks from the seller.
“Artworks” means the merchandise and/or product sold on this site.
“Terms and Conditions” mean the terms and conditions of sale, which are stated in this document.
3. COPYRIGHT-INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content of this site is governed by the international legislation according to copyrights and intellectual property.
Artworks, pictures, images, brand, comments, illustration, texts (included if theses ones are downloaded), are the property of their respective authors and must not be copied whatever the mean used.
All reproduction, complete or partial, is categorically forbidden and is reserved solely for the worldwide web.

We warranty that all artworks presented are original produced by referred artists.
Works ordered on line will be always sent with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Photo and presentation have received a special care but techniques used never allow a perfect reproduction of the colours.
If the artworks ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock, the buyer shall be notified and given the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 days.
Parts will be sent after complete payment.
Customers shall pay all taxes imposed on the customer by any taxing authority related to customer’s order.
Cambridge-art is not responsible to inform and check about customs and duties or others taxes applicable.
By clicking in the button “validate” at the end of the order, you agree without reserve our terms and conditions.
After checking the availability of artwork(s) and payment’s acceptation, a confirmation of your order will be sent to you by e-mail. Data registered are a proof of dealing.
Artworks ordered will be sent at the address fully completed by yourself on the form when validating your order.
Just after receiving artwork(s) ordered, we request from you an e-mail of confirmation of the artwork(s) delivered to be sent to the following address: [email protected]
The buyer SHALL INSPECT THE ARTWORK(S) IMMEDIATELY WITH THE TRANSPORTER UPON RECEIPT AND SHOULD REFUSE A DAMAGED ARTWORK(S).
Any loss or damage should be reported to the carrier explaining accurately the issue by using consignment note to allow you to benefit from the insurance.
In case of damage the buyer MUST NOTIFY Cambridge-art as soon as possible. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the artwork(s), Cambridge-art won’t be responsible in any case.
7. CANCELLATION / RETURN
In the case of a work to be returned, whatever the reason, this return must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Return costs and accompanying insurance will be borne by the buyer.
Reimbursement will be made on the basis of the price paid for the work and the outward transport cost.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
The seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstance outside the seller’s reasonable control, including (but not limited to) bad weather, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, disconnection, swarm, etc…
Cambridge-art.com is not responsible for texts, topics, errors, inaccuracy, reported or published information from external authors.
Cambridge-art will ask with some information to allow us to provide its services. Personal information provided by you is treated as confidential by Cambridge-art. When making a purchase from this website, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address telephone number, credit card or other payment information, Cambridge-art will not use your personal information for any purpose other than confirmation, completion and management of your transaction. All data shall be kept during the process of transaction. These data shall be accessed amended or updated by the user if necessary. In the meantime, user commits himself to provide right and accurate information to allow Cambridge-art to deal easily on his transaction.
If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain artwork(s), Cambridge-art shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.
11. DATA SECURE
Your credit card or other payment detail will be handled securely. Sensitive data will be highly protected.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The responsibility of Cambridge-art.com is limited to the price of the order.
14. APPLICABLE RIGHT – DISPUTE
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
